A 19 h 15, inauguration in front of the abbey church of la life-size statue of a miquelot arriving at the abbey (sculpture created by the ironwork workshop at the IME de Vire).

A 22 h 45, open-air screening of the film by Henri Verneuil, "Un singe en hiver" (A monkey in winter) as part of the "Pierres en lumières" festival, alongside the current exhibition at the Musée de Normandie in Caen on "Normandy's heritage in film" (on view until 21 August).
