24-26 May, Spring walk in the Val de Saire, starting from the Chemin de Barfleurwith welcomes, history breaks and day walk with return by bus each evening from the morning departure, registration for the day to be sent to the association (cheque or bank transfer, 10 € per day for members, 15 € for non-members))
For the 9th Chemins du Mont-Saint-Michel Spring Walk, come and discover the first stages of the Chemin de Barfleur, in the Cotentin region, and revisit the Val de Saire and the Plain, their history, heritage and remarkable landscapes.
We'll mainly be following the coastal path (GR® 223), leaving from Barfleur, the medieval port where English pilgrims disembarked on their way to Mont-Saint-Michel and beyond to Santiago de Compostela. We then make our way to Montebourg via the Plain natural region.
